Embrace Counselling accepts Self-Referrals or Referrals from other professionals. To refer, fill out our contact form or email hannah@embracecounselling.info to contact us through our encrypted mailbox.

Services & Fees
Individual Counselling (In Person) - $130 per hour
Embrace Counselling offers individual sessions for adolescents/teens (14+) and adults.
Individual Counselling (Virtual) - $130 per hour
Virtual Counselling is available for adults.
While it is recommended that adolescents and teens have in-person sessions, arrangements can be made for virtual counselling if appropriate.
Horse Guided Psychotherapy (Located at Spirit's Whisper Ranch) - $300 per hour
Embrace Counselling is grateful to be partnered with Spirit's Whisper Ranch to offer Horse Guided Psychotherapy.
Horse Guided Psychotherapy is available for children, adolescents/teens, adults, and families.
These sessions include a collaboration team of client(s), equine partner(s), mental health professional, and an equine specialist to provide an experiential therapy tailored to meet your individual goals in a unique way.
